"I was trying to find reason why not to give 5 stars in each part of this review, since lot of people do it automatically out of "favor" to agents. I am not one of those and can be very critical when it comes to reviewing people. After having experience dealing with several agents before, both on buying and selling side, I have to say that I haven't met anyone so proactive. In addition to real estate market knowledge, Eric would always come up with ideas I haven't heard before in regards to how to get most money for my house. Another thing I noticed, was how punctual he was in regards with paperwork. He made sure everything is done by the book, to protect my side of transaction. Lots of agent out there, no matter how many sweet talkers there are, are cutting corners, trying to make their job little easier.”
